• Make a firm commitment to remain faithful :

• to the Ten Commandments
• to the Gospel taught by our Lord Jesus Christ
• to the positions of the Fathers and Doctors of the Church
• to all Dogmas and Councils, including Vatican II, of the Holy Catholic Church
• the Catechism of the Catholic Church (published by Saint John Paul II and Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger)
• to all the magisteria of the 265 true popes, from Saint Peter to Benedict XVI, including Saint John Paul II
• to the one and only Holy Catholic Church, rejecting all heretical positions and schisms

• Conforming one's life to the requirements of the Gospel and the Holy Church:

• Remaining in a state of grace:

• for the love of the Lord, refrain as much as possible from committing sins
  
• if a mortal sin is committed, confess it as soon as possible
  

• Practise the sacraments:

• be baptised and confirmed or commit to becoming a catechumen in order to be baptised and confirmed.
• Receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at least once a year.
• Attend Sunday Mass and Masses on solemnities. Preferably at church, otherwise by watching a filmed/recorded Mass and receiving Communion in spirit.
• Communion with the Blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist (by desire, if it is impossible to go to church).
  

Where does the term "Little Remnant" come from?

It is mentioned on page 5 of the document "The Church in Eclipse" by "Father SD":

• Excerpts:

• "This fifth age of the Church, according to the venerable Holzhauser corresponds to the Church of Sardis in the Revelation of St John: ... "You are considered alive, but you are dead! ... Repent. You have a few people in Sardis who have not defiled their garments." (Rev. 3).

• The Church of Sardis speaks to us of a small remnant. A small number. A small flock, very small, said Pope Paul VI. Echoing this biblicalrevelation , many prophecies speak of a small faithful remnant."
